Shuttle Reservations

Superior Hiking Shuttle service is under permit with the Superior National Forest

We are now taking reservations for the
2023 Hiking Season!

Charles is back in the office Monday-Friday from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. to answer questions and to handle reservations.

Customized Shuttle Service

• Our Customized Shuttle Service is available year-round, six days a week: Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
• Our Customized Shuttle Service is generally not available on Wednesdays.  If you need a reservation for a Wednesday, please call the office.
• Reservations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to shuttle and driver availability.

Shuttle Locations: We have shuttles based in these three Minnesota locations: Castle Danger, Duluth, and Grand Marais.

• • This helps makes reservations more cost-effective for you by reducing the total mileage we drive.
  • Shuttles at these three locations are available for all of the six days that we are open for business.

• Custom Reservations must be placed at least three days in advance.
• If you need a reservation less than three days from now, please call us at (218) 834-5511. We will always do our best to make it happen.
  

If you have an emergency on the trail, or need to make a last minute reservation change outside of our office hours:

• Text us at (218) 834-5511.
• Please do not text us requests for new reservations.  They should be handled online or by calling us.

Our Safety Guidelines

• Each vehicle will be restricted to only one group at a time (with group sizes ranging from one to six hikers) for the entire duration of the ride from pick-up to drop-off.
• We also have installed plexiglass dividers that separate the driver from the rear passengers.
• The vehicle interiors will be fully sanitized at a minimum of once a day.
• Face masks may be required to be worn by everybody on board, depending on current recommendations by government agencies. We recommend that you come prepared to wear a mask in case it is required. If it’s not required, but you want everyone to wear masks, just let your driver know. We are more than happy to comply. Your safety and comfort is important to us.
